Where do you ship to?We ship to most locations worldwide. However, shipping fees may vary depending on your location. Customer is responsible for custom/duty fees for your package.

How long does it take to process an order?We are a handmade business. We typically create orders within 5-8 business days. Please note that shipping time starts once we drop the package off to the post office. We do not ship during holidays or on weekends. *During peak seasons, processing times may be longer.*

What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal.

How do I care for my products?We suggest keeping your items away from cleaners, hand sanitizers, lotions, as it may harm the materials. Spot clean when needed with water.

Siicone Beads and Pendant SafetySilicone beads, silicone charms, silicone pendants are 100% food grade, waterproof, non toxic, tasteless & odorless, soft and durable to wear everyday. Small items can be a choking hazard to small children.

What happens if you run out of the item that I have ordered?In the event that we run out of stock of a colour that you have ordered, we will get in touch with you to either provide an estimated wait time for the inventory, alternative colour choice or a refund.

U.S.A TarrifsAttention USA Customers: As of May 14th, 2025, all orders from the United States may be subject to a 30% import tariff introduced by the U.S. government. Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or tariffs charged by U.S. Customs during the importation process. While official guidance is still unclear, it is expected that a payment notice will be mailed or emailed to you directly. Please monitor your mail and email carefully—your order will be held by U.S. Customs until the required payment is made. Customs holds packages for a limited time. If an order is unclaimed and returned or disposed of, refunds/replacements will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding and continued support during this transition. Haven't Received Your Package Yet?If your order seems delayed, we kindly ask that you first check with your local postal office. Sometimes packages are held there for pickup or marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your postal office may have additional information or be able to help locate the item. If they’re unable to assist, feel free to reach out to us with your order number and we’ll be happy to help!
